BLOX BIA supports our ratepayers through free street cleaning, pressure-washing, and safety services delivered in partnership with RadiCare Ventures, including sharps and biohazard waste removal, as well as access to a directory of safety and support contacts—helping keep the district clean, safe, and welcoming for businesses, customers, and the community.

Daily Street Cleaning
The RadiCare Street Team completes daily litter pick-up and cleaning throughout the BLOX district on weekdays.
Street-Level Grafitti Removal
If your business, or an area within the BLOX, has street-level graffiti, our team will remove it at no cost.
Street-level Window Cleaning & Pressure-Washing
Pressure washing services are provided upon request during suitable weather conditions (above 0°C).
Biowaste, Needles and Sharps Removal
RadiCare staff are trained and equipped to safely remove biowaste, needles, and other hazardous materials upon request.
Wellness Checks
Our RadiCare team provides wellness checks to support community safety and connect individuals with appropriate services when needed
